System Requirements
PixelOver is available on Windows, MacOS, and Linux. Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date and that OpenGL 3.3 is fully supported.
Warning
It's highly recommended to try the demo version first, as certain integrated graphics processors (iGPU) may not be supported.

Install PixelOver
PixelOver is available on Itch.io and Steam. The download includes Windows, Linux, and MacOS portable executables with sample projects.
The sample projects should be directly accessible in the application, but in case they are not, you can find them under /example in the executable folder.
For MacOS users
As the application hasn't been signed and isn't distributed through the Apple Store, the initial launch requires a specific procedure. Right-click on the application and select "Open" to proceed with the first opening. For more detailed instructions, you can refer to this guide.
Update PixelOver
By purchasing PixelOver, you will receive the current version as well as any future updates. The software will inform you when a new update is available.
For Steam users, the application will be automatically updated to the newest version.
For Itch.io users, updates will be available in your library. Alternatively, you can download the itch.io app to get updates automatically.
Access to pre-release versions
When you purchase PixelOver, you also gain access to pre-release versions with the latest features. Please note that these versions may be unstable.
For Steam users, to access the pre-release versions, switch to the pre-release option in the Betas menu found in the application settings.
For Itch.io users, the pre-release versions can be found just below the stable ones in your library or in the itch.io app.
